Returns
If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, we will arrange for a return via courier and issue a full refund.
To be eligible for a full refund you must contact us to inform us of any issue within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.
Please note that any personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items, or items with a broken seal, are non-refundable unless faulty.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 14 days from the day you received delivery. Items that are bespoke or personalised cannot be cancelled, and will only be returnable if faulty.
In the event of cancellation, the cost of returning your items will be your responsibility and not that of The Whisky Shop. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items.

The Green Label is a lovely change from your usual blends, proper depth to it from the malt whiskies.
Glenfiddich 12 is a solid everyday dram, smooth and easy drinking. Wouldn't say no to a bit more punch but can't complain for the price.
Bushmills 10 is such an underrated whiskey, lovely honeyed finish and goes down a treat.
Bought this set as a birthday gift and it went down brilliantly, proper variety to suit different tastes.
Monkey Shoulder is my go-to for an Old Fashioned now, so much smoother than what I was using before.
Johnnie Walker Green Label has such an interesting character, quite different from the standard labels, well worth trying.
Glenfiddich 12 is a classic for a reason, lovely and light. Not the most complex but does the job nicely.
Bushmills 10 has such a smooth, sherry-sweet finish, becoming a real favourite in this house.
